Description
CN SERIES MICRO-HOLE PERFORATORS are light and versatile models with REDUCED DIMENSIONS, designed to make MICRO-HOLES of various diameters on MOVING MATERIAL, to be inserted as host units in film processing lines such as slitters, extruders, printing machines or welding machines, and on all production lines that process MOVING FILM. Suitable for making micro holes for vegetable and fruit bags, thermal and acoustic insulation, packaging of electronic products, breathable film, etc.
Operation
The rollers are approached through the pneumatic system, and the perforation adjustment is implemented by two micrometer screws. The CN moves through the film drag, adapting perfectly to the speed* of the host machine or line.
Machine Components
1: Needle Shaft It consists of a STEEL ROLLER with a chrome-plated rod inside, on which CYLINDREDS (5) are mounted, which can be spaced apart to micro-perforate multiple tracks in the material, or adjacent to perforate the entire useful surface of the film.
2: Counter Roller It has a PERFECTLY UNIFORM SURFACE that enables homogeneity of the holes made and can be supplied in ground natural bristles, plastic bristles or rubber. It is moved with PNEUMATIC SYSTEM, which allows it to be moved closer to or further away from the needle shaft, thus deciding whether to enable or disable perforation.
3: Steel idle rollers, are part of the TRANSFER GROUP, designed to ensure optimum control of the tension of the film to be processed. The position and number of rollers varies as needed, and can be agreed upon when ordering.
4: Micrometer screws They are part of the PENETRATION ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM, and are used to adjust the distance between the counter roller and the needle roller.
5: Interchangeable cylinders Bronze or steel sectors with needles infixed. They are mounted on the needle shaft (1). The holes have a minimum Ø of 80µ and a maximum Ø of 1mm.
