Model CN-EC COLD MICRO PERFORATING system for holes from 80µ to 1mm with Ø 60mm needle roller
Description
System designed to make MICRO-HOLES on MOVING FILM of various materials and thicknesses and to be installed as a host unit in film transport lines, such as in slitters, extruders, printing and welding machines. The CNEC is ideal for those who must frequently vary production and regularly face changes in perforation patterns.
Operation
The running film arrives at the device and passes through THE NEEDLE ROLLER AND THE CONTRACTION ROLLER, which as they approach, perforate the material. The rollers are approached through the pneumatic system, and the perforation adjustment is implemented by two micrometer screws.
Components
Exchange system
The PERFORATION SYSTEM consists of the NEEDLE SHAFTS (2) and the CONTRAST ROLLER (3). To eliminate machine downtime and facilitate work changes, this unit can mount up to 4 rollers on rotating plates that allow rapid exchange of the needle shafts (REVOLVER SYSTEM). The exchange of the shafts and the perforation adjustment can take place both with the stopped machine and in motion, guaranteeing maximum versatility of the system.
Needle Shafts
They consist of STEEL ROLLERS on which are mounted INTERCHANGEABLE CYLINDERS (6) (bronze, steel or nylon sectors, with fixed needles).
Contrast rollers
It has a PERFECTLY UNIFORM SURFACE that allows homogeneity of the holes and can be supplied in rectified natural bristles, plastic bristles or rubber. This contrast roller supports the material during perforation and guarantees the best results. It is moved by PNEUMATIC SYSTEM, which allows it to move towards or away from the needle shaft, thus deciding whether to enable or disable perforation.
Transfer rollers
These are two steel rollers and make up the TRANSFER GROUP, designed to ensure optimal control of the tension of the film to be processed.
Micrometric screws
They make up the PENETRATION ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM and allow the adjustment of the distance between the contrast roller and the needle shaft, setting the penetration level of the needles into the material and consequently the diameter of the holes. The adjustment can take place both with the machine stopped or in operation.
