Description
Space-saving macro perforating unit for punching macro holes of various diameters and shapes on the edge of moving film, especially for neutral and printed film to be integrated as a host unit in film conveying lines such as slitters, extruders, printing presses, welders, bagging machines and in all running film processing lines. These units are ideal for punching holes in fruit and vegetable bags, garbage bags, paper bags, foam, etc. For agricultural applications such as mulching and for large holes.
Operation
The punch tool consists of two parts: a female body housing the die located at the bottom, and a male body housing the punch, located at the top and connected to the solenoid valve. The lower part of the female body is designed to accommodate the suction tube that facilitates the removal of machining waste.
The running film edge passes through the body cutout and is punched by the perforator mounted at the head of the machine through a pneumatically driven die and punch system.
Customized Dies
Depending on the dies and interchangeable punches mounted, holes of various diameters and shapes can be made: circular holes with diameters ranging from Ø1mm to 100mm, valve holes, handle holes, Euroslots, drop holes, holes for mulching, and holes with custom shapes.

Electronics
The EDMB electronics is an easy-to-use model that is intuitive and simple to set up. This electronic is ideal for processing that requires a few lines of holes in a linear or alternating pattern. With the help of a photocell, it is possible to process printed film with the presence of reading marks on the material, such as for holes on bags and envelopes with logos.
