Description
SPACE-SAVING macro perforation unit for punching MACRO HOLES of various diameters and shapes ON THE EDGE OF MOVING FILM, especially for NEUTRAL OR PRINTED FILM to be integrated as a host unit in film processing lines such as slitters, extruders, printing machines, welding machines, bag-making machines and in all moving film processing lines. For punching holes in fruit and vegetable bags, garbage bags, paper bags, foam, etc. It is important to remember that each perforator is independent and can perforate with different frequency giving the possibility to diversify and customize perforation patterns.
Operation
The punching tool consists of two parts: a female body housing the die placed at the bottom and a male body placed at the top housing the punch and connected to the solenoid valve. The running film edge passes through the body space and is punched by the perforators through a pneumatically driven punch and die system. In PU11 models, perforators can also be mounted on the sides of the body, up to 3 punches, to make 3 separate lines of holes.
Punches
Depending on the interchangeable dies and punches used, it is possible to obtain holes with Ø 1mm to 50mm, circular holes, euroslots, bag handle holes, valve holes, shaped or customized to Customer specifications.

Electronics
The EDMB electronics is an easy-to-use model that is intuitive and simple to set up. This electronic is ideal for processing that requires a few lines of holes in a linear or alternating pattern. With the help of a photocell, it is possible to process printed film with the presence of reading marks on the material, such as for holes on bags and envelopes with logos.
