FIBRILLATION COMPONENTS

Fibrillation shafts are crucial elements in the production of lawn and synthetic grass, carpet and rug backings, ropes, cords, sewing threads, packaging ropes, hay bale ropes, harvesting yarns, marine cables, gift wrap ribbons, staple fibers (PTFE) and more.

Structure and Materials: The shafts are rollers made of strong steel and are designed with grooves all along the structure to facilitate mounting of cylinders or fibrillation bars.

Flexibility of Use: Fixing flanges mounted on the head and tail of the shaft allow rapid installation and the ability to insert cylinders at intervals, allowing selective fibrillation of specific parts of materials.

Versatility: The shafts can accommodate both cylinders and inclined-needle fibrillation bars. The bars offer the advantage of reducing machine downtime because they can be easily replaced as they wear out, ensuring a continuous and efficient production process.
